Unlock your potential with focused, practical support designed just for you. ADHD coaching offers real-world tools and encouragement to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of balance in your life. Explore some of the key benefits below!

Understand Your ADHD-Brain

Gain deep insight into how your ADHD brain works—its patterns, strengths, and challenges.

Know Your Brain

Coaching helps you decode your personal ADHD wiring, learning what energises or derails you. You’ll gain clarity rooted in awareness of how your brain uniquely operates.

Build Self-Acceptance & Authenticity

Step into self-trust and identity clarity without masking or shame.

Be Your Authentic Self

Neuro-affirmative coaching supports you to feel seen, understood, and confident in your authentic self.

Harness ADHD Strengths

Tap into your natural strengths.

Own Your Strengths

Coaching helps you redirect your ADHD traits into powerful tools for work and life—rather than forcing them into a neurotypical mold.

Turn Awareness into Action

Move from insight to sustained change with personalized action plans.

Take Action

Structured coaching breaks goals into digestible steps with tailored tools and accountability, so motivation becomes momentum.

Strengthen Focus, Systems & Routine

Create ADHD-friendly habits, routines, and executive-function systems.

Find Your Flow

Coaching co-creates structures that help manage tasks, planning, procrastination, and focus—with tools you’ll actually use.

Confident Self-Advocacy in Life

Learn to express your needs clearly and confidently in every part of life.

Speak With Confidence

Coaching helps you develop the language, self-belief, and strategies to communicate effectively—whether with family, friends, colleagues, or in everyday situations. You’ll feel more empowered to ask for what you need and create supportive environments around you.

Access to Work: Support to Help You Thrive

Access to Work is a government scheme that helps people with disabilities, neurodivergence, or health conditions get the right support to do their jobs confidently and comfortably. The support is flexible and personal; it might include specialist equipment, travel assistance, or funding for a workplace assistant.

For people with ADHD, Access to Work can also help fund professional coaching. ADHD coaching can make a huge difference in managing focus, organisation, communication, and time management: skills that help you thrive at work. Whether you’re employed, self-employed, or starting a new role, Access to Work could cover part or all of the cost of coaching sessions to help you reach your full potential.

Have a look at the website here for more information, or contact me and I can talk you through the process.

Real Stories, Real Change

Every coaching journey is unique, but I love seeing how small steps can create big shifts. These stories come from clients who found clarity, calm, and confidence along the way.

“Working with you has enabled me to express myself in ways that aren’t otherwise available to me. I can be very open with you.”

J.

“Our sessions have inspired me to focus on what I need to do to keep moving forward, to improve as a person, to be happier in myself and to have more open and honest discussions.”

S.

“You help me to delve into my brain and find answers to questions I haven’t thought to consider before.”

L.

“Speaking about my career felt like a safe place to start, whereas our conversations have evolved to make me realise I want to improve my assertiveness in other areas of my life too”

J.

Our conversations have made me realise that I’ve only had two main points of focus for the last few years: my family and my work, and I want to expand this to include more things that I enjoy doing, more things for me.

T.

Rebecca is an exceptional coach.

G.

I’m getting a lot from our coaching sessions. The quizzes we’ve been using have really got me thinking about things in a different way.
